- Weekly business advice sessions run by Blackburn and District Enterprise Trust every Wednesday from 1.30pm to 4pm
- Bi-monthly patents clinics run by a patent attorney, offering free advice and information on patents, designs, prototyping and product design
- Dedicated computer access to search databases and useful links
- Helpful leaflets and information on patents and business start-up
- A large collection of books on business, finance, technology and more
